Thanks for sharing my comment from lavacon. I agree with you that customers, self included, love to save money. Whether the savings is part of the price itself in comparison to a competitor selling the same product or through having a coupon or promo code. It is coupons and loyalty cards that often get us to savings. Watching how the world of retail is changing with some retailers moving away from couponing completely while others grow their coupon and loyalty programs by becoming more segmented is fascinating to me.
